Finnair now offers a significant discount to Ukrainians on air tickets in a new way.

The Finnish airline Finnair now offers a 95% discount on air tickets for Ukrainians leaving Ukraine and heading to Finland.

Now, the discount applies only to one route, Warsaw-Helsinki, and covers only the flight number AY1142. The flight must be made by March 31, 2024.

Previously, Ukrainian citizens could purchase one-way Finnair air tickets at a reduced price on routes from Krakow, Warsaw, Budapest, and Prague to Helsinki.

According to the rules, the 95% discount applies to the one-way fare for flights to Finland. Airport and government fees must be paid in full by passengers.

To book air tickets at a reduced price on the Finnair website, enter the promo code UKRAINE95 in the promo code field. The discounted price will be displayed on the flight selection page.

The 95% discount is only available for Ukrainian citizens. At the airport, passengers will need to show a document confirming their citizenship. This can be an internal or international passport for an adult and a birth certificate for a child.
