The government has approved changes that will allow the electronic health system to inform patients not only via SMS messages, but also through alternative channels.
Thus, messages from the the electronic health system with a confirmation code, electronic (e-) prescription number or e-referral will soon also be sent to Diya or Viber.
The Diya application and Viber will receive notifications about:
- • e-prescription number and its redemption code;
- • e-referral code to medical specialists;
- • requests for access to data, consent to the processing of personal data, approval of a treatment plan, etc.
If the patient has the Diya application, then the notification will first be sent here. If the message is not delivered, it will be sent to Viber.
